We Offer:
- Pay range of $18 to $24 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
- Pay raise following paid training completion

Requirements
- An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience in a trade like painting, auto body, cabinetry, or flooring, or even as a personal hobby

Duties:
- Deliver world-class service to tenants and property management staff, building the relationships that bring us repeat business
- Repair damaged surfaces on-site using our 5-step process, from countertops and cabinets to tubs and floors
- Match colors and finishes so each repair disappears into the surface
- Problem-solve each job with creativity, since no two pieces of damage are the same
- Spot additional repairs during walk-throughs and point them out when they help the customer
