Job Description
Construction Mechanics Inc (CMI) is looking for a Commercial Plumber. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team and support our client ongoing and upcoming projects.
Responsibilities:
- Install, plumbing systems in commercial buildings (schools, hospitals, offices, retail, industrial facilities)
- Install pipes, fixtures, valves, water heaters, boilers, pumps, and related equipment
- Test systems for leaks, pressure, and proper function
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Plumber
- Strong understanding of plumbing codes and commercial building standards
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Proficiency with copper, PVC, cast iron, and steel piping systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
