Casey Auto Group is seeking an Apprentice Service Advisor to join our team!
The most successful associates that we have in this position have customer facing experience, a genuine interest in helping people, excellent communication skills, computer skills, a stable work history, are organized, and are able to multi-task. This is not a desk job, and there is a lot of moving around. This position works as a general assistant to the service manager with a path to become an automotive service advisor.
Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Maintain Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
- Oversee administration of warranty claims.
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards.
- Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain good working relationship with factories and foster positive employee relations.
- May have to move vehicles around.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Organized and friendly personality

- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Team oriented and self-motivated
Pay: Starts between $18.00-$20.00 per hour
