Requirements ------------

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Duties:
• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity

Who Thrives in This Role -------------------------

If you have experience with painting, sculpting, woodworking, drawing, or other visual arts, this job is for you. Color-matching skills are essential as every repair requires a unique artistic touch. We will also train the right candidate.

Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money, and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.

Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
