    How you’ll contribute

    • Design, maintain, and continuously improve a compliant Quality Management System aligned to IATF 16949:2016 and applicable directives.
    • Partner with QC Technicians to investigate production issues; validate root cause using 5 Why (and related tools) and implement effective CAPA.

    • Translate customer-specific requirements into actionable controls; serve as the primary Quality point of contact for customers.
    • Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits; compile objective evidence and manage responses.
    • Equip teams through targeted training on product and process requirements.
    • Champion APQP for new launches, assembling complete PPAPs and executing safe launch strategies.

    What you bring

    • At least 4 years in product quality with hands-on quality system compliance.
    • Proven experience with APQP, Core Tools, and building/submitting PPAPs.
    • Knowledge of inspection methods and measurement systems.
    • Background in blow molding, injection molding, and assembly (preferred).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Strong analytical and computational capability; fluent with problem-solving frameworks.
    • Excellent communication, creativity, and decisive judgment.

    Everyday tools and methods
