Your impact

• Slash nonconformances by applying statistical methods, metrology, and rigorous reporting to process and product data.
• Own APQP quality planning: build control/inspection plans, manage PPAP packages, complete FAIR, and drive FMEA/PFMEA quality actions.
• Lead MRB activities and RCCA to eliminate root causes and lock in sustainable fixes.
• Interface with customers, suppliers, and production teams to verify requirements and resolve issues fast.
• Mentor peers and deliver targeted training that raises site-wide quality capability.
• Execute audits across documentation, parts, processes, products, suppliers, and customers.

Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or a two-year engineering-related degree with 5+ years in manufacturing quality; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in Battery Production, Machining, and/or Electronic Assembly and harnessing preferred.
• Demonstrated ethics, leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Advanced analytical ability to interpret data and influence decisions that improve performance.
• Executive-ready communicator with strong presentation skills.
• Fluent with ERP/MRP systems (Infor Syteline, SAP) and planning tools.
• Expert in CAD/CAE tools or other data-heavy interfaces.
• Power user of SharePoint, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and especially Excel.
• Travel flexibility: 10%–25% as needs dictate.
