Home Physicians Group of Orlando, Florida is seeking a Home Health Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Bilingual Spanish practicing Home Health primary care visits in the Orlando, Florida and Kissimmee the area. We are a large practice with over 25 practitioners that serve the skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and our homebound patients in the comfort of their home in 14 counties. We are committed to providing excellent care to our patients and buildings while reducing readmissions into the hospital.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
  • Current APRN licensure in the state of SMPL.
  • Certification in a relevant specialty area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in primary care or specialty areas.
  • Bilingual skills to enhance communication with diverse patient populations.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
