Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant - Clinic Based
A privately operated multi-site health clinic is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) to serve as the primary clinical provider at the onsite clinic site in the West Alexander, PA area. The clinic exclusively serves employees and dependents of Alliance Coal and are designed to deliver accessible, high-quality primary and occupational health services in a remote setting.

Work Environment
This position is based in a remote area of Southwestern PA, serving an industrial/coal mining workforce. Clinic sites are onsite at or near active coal company operations. The APRN or PA will function as the primary clinical staff member at the site and must be comfortable managing a broad scope of presentations independently while leveraging physician and back-office support infrastructure.

Patient volumes are intentionally structured to allow for comprehensive visits (both scheduled and walk-in), proactive outreach, preventive care initiatives, occupational health activities, care coordination, and telemedicine support across the clinic network.
