Role SnapshotLooking for a strong Aptos ONE Lead to own end-to-end POS delivery - from configuration and pilot rollout to full-scale store deployment and stabilization across retail environments.
Key Responsibilities- Own Aptos ONE POS delivery lifecycle (config pilot rollout hypercare)
- Lead store deployments and scale readiness across locations
- Manage POS integrations (Payments, OMS, ERP, Sales Audit)
- Drive change management, governance, and rollout execution
- Ensure transaction accuracy & financial reconciliation
- Act as primary client-facing lead for UK/EMEA deployments
What We're Looking For- 10+ years in Retail IT / POS implementations
- Strong hands-on experience with Aptos ONE / Aptos POS
- Proven experience in store rollouts in live retail environments
- Deep understanding of:
- POS transactions & payments
- Sales audit & reconciliation
- Omnichannel retail flows
- Strong delivery ownership & stakeholder management
Nice to Have- UK / Europe retail experience (tax, fiscal compliance)
- Exposure to MDM / Zero-touch POS deployments
