Pay Rates
- Lifeguard: $15.00/hour
- Aquatic Attendant: $14.00/hour
What Youll Do
- Promote a safe and enjoyable swimming environment
- Caution swimmers regarding unsafe areas
- Rescue swimmers in danger and administer first aid when needed
- Maintain order in swimming areas
- Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Clean and add water to the swimming pool as necessary
- Test free chlorine (CL) and pH levels daily
- Conduct or officiate swimming meets as needed
- Provide swimming instruction upon request
- Oversee pool parties and group swim events
What You Bring
- Less than high school education or equivalent experience/training
- For Lifeguards: Current Lifeguard Certification and CPR Certification required
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to swimmer safety
Hours & Schedule
Part-Time | Permanent PositionShifts vary within the following timeframes:
- MondayFriday: 1:00 PM 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM 2:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:45 PM 5:00 PM
