Aquatic Facilities Construction Superintendent
Statewide Travel | Full-Time | Based in Orlando, FL
A day in the life, leading builds that make waves
Wake up in a Florida city where your current project is taking shape. By 6:30 AM you're on site, prepping for a focused day. You kick off the morning safety briefing, align field crews and subcontractors, verify grades and elevations, and walk the site with drawings in hand. Throughout the day, you coordinate inspections, resolve issues on the fly, mentor assistants, and maintain schedule momentum. You represent our brand to General Contractors, Owners, inspectors, and specialty subs—always with professionalism and clarity. By late afternoon, you close with a look-ahead schedule, quality checks, and field documentation before handing off updates to the Project Manager. Monday through Friday, you’re the final field authority from groundbreaking to turnover—primarily traveling across Florida with occasional out-of-state assignments.
