About the role
Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for an enthusiastic Aquatic Fitness Instructor to join the aquatic team at our state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas.
This is an on-call/substitute opportunity, perfect for instructors who enjoy flexible scheduling and helping others stay active, healthy, and engaged through aquatic exercise.
Availability Needed:
Morning classes: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Evening classes: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe aquatic exercise to members.
Minimum Requirements
Aquatic Fitness Instructor certification required.
Adult and pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
The compensation range for this role is $25 - $28 per 45 minute class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
