Requirements / Qualifications

Current Child and Adult First Aid and CPR certification. (Training provided by district upon hiring) Current Lifeguard Certificate. (Training provided by district upon hiring) Current Water Safety Instructor (W.S.I.) Certificate. Certified Pool Operator. High School graduate or equivalent.

Any combination of training and experience equivalent to two season's aquatic experience as a Lifeguard and WSI Instructor. Current certifications must be shown at the time of interviews. Previous experience in coordinating and overseeing the development and sustaining of competitive base programs.

  • CPR/First Aid Certification (Training provided by district upon hiring)
  • Letter(s) of Reference (Three current (within last 2 years) )
  • Other (Lifeguard Training Certificate - Training to be provided by district upon hiring)
  • Proof of HS Graduation
  • Resume
  • TB Screening Result
