Kamehameha Schools Hawaii Campus is seeking an Aquatics Coordinator.
This position is ideal for candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and the ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in dynamic environments. Strong communication, cross-department collaboration, and independent decision-making are essential, along with adaptability, initiative, and accountability.
Experience within aquatics operations, water safety, lifeguard supervision, and program development in a K-12 setting are highly relevant to this role, and a working knowledge of Hawaii's aquatic environments and ocean safety culture are also strongly preferred.
This is a Regular, Full-Time position with comprehensive benefits.
Job Summary
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Kamehameha Schools' campus aquatic center. Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and supervising of the Aquatic Program. Ensures safety and health requirements are met for all aquatic activities.
