JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for assisting with the planning and management of all aspects of aquatic operations for both programming and facility operations.

SUPERVISORY CONTROLS
The Athletics & Aquatics Manager assigns work based on general instructions. The supervisor spot-checks completed work for compliance with procedures, accuracy, and the nature and propriety of the final results.
GUIDELINES
Guidelines include Health Department/OSHA guidelines and regulations; American Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid & AED standards and guidelines; Department of Labor standards and regulations; the Americans with Disabilities Act; Certified Pool Operator guidelines and standards; and related city, state, and/or federal mandates or guidelines. These guidelines require judgement, selection, and interpretation in application.
