The Aquatics Program Coordinator is a part-time role supporting the Aquatics Manager to ensure efficient operation of all aquatic programs.
They will coordinate private swim lessons, assist with instructor and group lesson assessments, teach lessons as needed, and handle various delegated tasks to support daily operations.
In collaboration with the manager, they provide administrative and logistical support for scheduling, staffing, and overseeing pool activities, including lap swim, family swim, after-school and seasonal programs, as well as private and group lessons.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of aquatics experience as an instructor and/or lifeguard, along with strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Work hours are flexible weekdays (3 days, 12pm–6pm) and weekends (9am–2pm).
Pay rate ranges from $20 to $25 per hour.
