The Aquatics Program Supervisor collaborates with the Athletics and Activities Director, community, coaches, district personnel, and administration to develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate community pool programming while supporting the district's curricular and extracurricular use of the pool.
This position is responsible for establishing a high-accountability, safety-first culture, ensuring all staff are trained, prepared, and operating at the highest standard. This role includes direct oversight and instruction of certification programs, eliminating reliance on outside providers and strengthening internal program consistency.
