Job Details
Seeking AR/AP contractors to start ASAP. You'll handle payables, receivables, and a lot of data entry for active TI projects.
What you'll do:
- Process vendor and subcontractor invoices, then code them to jobs and cost codes
- Enter and track data in Procore and Miter
- Help with pay applications, billing, and progress billing
- Track and collect lien waivers, COIs, and subcontractor compliance paperwork
- Post cash receipts and keep AR aging current
- Match POs, subcontracts, and change orders to invoices
- Help with vendor reconciliations and month-end close
- Keep job files clean, accurate, and up to date
What we're looking for:
- 1 to 3 years of AR, AP, or accounting clerk experience
- Construction accounting exposure is strongly preferred (GC, subcontractor, or real estate)
- Procore or Miter experience is a big plus
- Fast, accurate data entry and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with high volume and tight deadlines
- Solid Excel skills
- Available to start immediately for a 3 month assignment
