What You’ll Be Doing

Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and construction billing processes
Prepare and submit AIA and progress billings in alignment with project contracts
Partner with project managers to ensure accurate billing and cost tracking
Monitor AR aging, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized billing records, lien waivers, and compliance documentation

What You Bring

3+ years of AR or billing experience, ideally within construction or job-cost environments
Strong understanding of AIA billing, lien waivers, and contract billing terms
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in accounting software and Excel with strong attention to detail
