About the Role


We're looking for an experienced AR/Billing Specialist to join a growing accounting team. This AR/Billing Specialist will be responsible for high-volume billing, account reconciliations, cash application, and customer account support.


The ideal AR/Billing Specialist is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. This AR/Billing Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and timely resolution of customer account issues.



Key Responsibilities



  • Process high-volume customer billing and invoicing

  • Apply customer payments and reconcile accounts

  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies

  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate customer records

  • Collaborate with internal departments to support billing and collections

  • Assist with additional accounting projects as needed



Qualifications



  • 4+ years of accounts receivable and billing experience

  • Experience in a high-volume billing environment

  • Strong Excel skills
