Key Responsibilities:

Proactively contact customers regarding overdue invoices through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
Negotiate payment plans or arrangements to resolve outstanding balances while maintaining customer relationships.
Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports to prioritize collection efforts.
Investigate and resolve disputes or discrepancies related to billing, payments, or account balances.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collection activities, communications, and account updates.
Prepare and distribute reports on collection status, accounts at risk, and progress toward recovery targets.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and customer service, to address client inquiries and prevent future issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual terms, and relevant regulations during the collection process.
Identify accounts requiring escalation or legal action and provide necessary documentation for further action.
Assist with the preparation of write-offs or bad debt recommendations as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:

1-3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related role.
Strong understanding of collection strategies, payment negotiations, and credit risk management.
