Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage accounts receivable activities and customer collections
• 
  
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
• 
  
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues
• 
  
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payment status, and account inquiries
• 
  
• Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate customer account records
• 
  
• Reconcile customer accounts and identify outstanding issues
• 
  
• Partner with internal departments to resolve billing and payment concerns
• 
  
• Assist with reporting, account analysis, and collection performance tracking
• 
  
• Support month-end activities related to accounts receivable
• 
  

Qualifications

• 
  
• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections
• 
  
• Strong understanding of aging reports, cash application, and account reconciliations
• 
  
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• 
  
• Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies effectively
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• 
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
•
