Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Manager:
• Lead and manage collections and AR team performance
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize efforts on outstanding balances
• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and delays
• Review accounts for escalation, including write-offs or next-step actions
• Oversee payment activity and ensure accurate financial tracking
Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Manager:
• Experience in accounts receivable, collections, or revenue cycle operations
• Prior experience leading or managing a team
• Familiarity with insurance billing; exposure to DME is a plus
• Ability to analyze AR data, aging reports, and performance metrics
