Our client, a stable and locally owned third-generation business, is seeking an AR Operations Manager to lead Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Customer Service operations for a dynamic $200M+ distribution organization. This is a highly visible leadership position offering direct interaction with executive ownership and the opportunity to play a key role in post-merger integration and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead all Accounts Receivable and Credit operations

  • Oversee aging analysis, collections strategy, and credit decision-making

  • Manage customer service activities, including escalated billing and payment issues

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and leadership to resolve order, delivery, invoicing, and account concerns

  • Develop and mentor AR, Customer Service, and Administrative teams

  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and operational efficiencies

  • Support finance integration and process harmonization initiatives


Compensation & Benefits


Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

Ideal Background



  • Progressive experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Customer Service leadership

  • Strong understanding of collections, aging analysis, and credit management

  • Proven experience leading and developing teams

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships across departments

  • Experience within distribution, manufacturing, wholesale, or related industries is a plus
