AR position

-Identify delinquent accounts, track overdue balances, and categorize them by the severity of the delinquency.
-Would need to contact customers via phone, email, or mail to notify them of overdue balances and determine the cause of non-payment.
-Process credit cards payments and, if applicable, refunds.
-Respond to customer inquiries. Regularly update account status records for assigned account.
-Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are helpful.
-Match, post, and apply incoming payments (checks, wires, credit cards, ACH) to the correct customer accounts. Help post payments when needed .
