Description
Are you an Accounts Receivable Specialist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely customer information and credit status through processing invoices and posting cash receipts. Enjoy a varied workday that includes phone coverage, general assistance to all departments, and financial tasks.
Further AR Specialist responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and thorough records of cash receipts, credits, invoices, and debits.
- Creating and understanding spreadsheets.
- Performing basic math calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, rate, ratio, and percent.
