ABOUT THE COMPANY



  • Our client is a leading manufacturing organization looking to add an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their accounting team.

  • Hybrid schedule after fully trained!




RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST:



  • The Accounts Receivable Specialist will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.

  • The Accounts Receivable Specialist will verify and post details of business transactions, such as AR and AP.

  • Reconcile bank statements.

  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.

  • Handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff.




EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST ROLE:


  • General Accounting, AR experience

  • Accounting degree preferred but not required

  • ERP experience

  • Strong excel skills - knowledge with pivot tables and vlookups
