A bit about us:

We're a fast-growing, remote-first company in the property management / real estate technology space, with 300+ employees and national reach. We manage an unusually high-volume, high-complexity billing structure across thousands of accounts, giving this team operational scale most collections seats never see. We're currently undergoing a major finance transformation — new leadership was brought in specifically to modernize our systems, clean up processes, and rebuild the collections function from the ground up, and we're actively investing in automation (a new collections platform is rolling out) rather than asking our team to grind through outdated manual processes indefinitely. We're scaling fast, hiring across multiple functions, and looking to build long-term bench strength, not just fill a seat.

Job Details

The Role

• Own collections on non-disputed accounts within a high-volume, high-complexity aging portfolio
• Proactively pull aging reports, send statements/notices, and drive outreach before accounts become a problem — not just reacting to disputes
• Track and manage a defined portfolio with consistent follow-up cadence
• Route any disputed accounts to the dedicated dispute-resolution team
• Work daily in NetSuite; ramp onto a new collections automation platform as it rolls out

What We're Looking For

• Solid collections/AR background — comfortable owning a portfolio end to end
• NetSuite experience required
• Ability to adapt to a non-standard, high-volume process (this isn't textbook collections)
• Strong written communication skills — this is an email-first motion
• Comfortable operating in a still-being-built, fast-scaling environment
