Salary: $60,000 - $62,000

Key Responsibilities for the AR Specialist:

• Research and reconcile undeposited funds transactions
• Review invoices for accuracy and issuance
• Investigate and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely billing and payment processing
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested

Qualifications for the AR Specialist:

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience required
• Sage Intacct / Maxio experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
