This role offers hands-on ownership within a professional, business-to-business environment and meaningful exposure to cross-functional finance operations. You'll work closely with Sales and Finance leadership while contributing directly to cash flow health and audit readiness.
• Take ownership of customer collections in a B2B setting
• Partner closely with Sales and Finance leadership for high visibility
• Play a key role in maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing delinquency risk
• Gain audit-facing experience tied to financial statements

• Manage customer collections, including past-due outreach, follow-ups, and payment commitments
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and prepare monthly aging and trend analyses
• Process customer refunds related to overpayments and returns
• Review, code, and post daily cash receipts and prepare bank deposits
• Support accounts receivable activities related to year-end financial statement audits
• Provide backup support to Accounts Payable as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting or business coursework preferred
• 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting
• Business-to-business collections experience strongly preferred
• Healthcare or medical industry experience a plus
• Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
