AR Specialist — Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable, collections, aging accounts, and customer reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve complex AR discrepancies and outstanding balances.
- Conduct targeted collection calls and customer follow-up.
- The AR Specialist will update and standardize customer payment terms.
- The AR Specialist will support AR reporting and tax-related processes.
- Use advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables, to analyze AR data.
- Partner with leadership and internal teams to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
AR Specialist- Requirements
- Accounts receivable experience.
- The AR Specialist should have strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Experience with aging analysis, collections, reconciliations, and forensic AR research.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- The AR Specialist should have the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
