AR Specialist

Seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer payments, maintain accurate financial records, and supporting day to day AR operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.

Monitor and respond to accounts receivables and internal emails, process daily bank deposits and apply payments, maintain and follow up on past due accounts, send payment reminders and customer notices, organize and maintain sales and shipping documents, other duties as assigned.
