AR Specialist

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for 2 AR Consultants to fulfill an immediate need.




These individuals will be responsible for:

• Researching, reconciling, and resolving unapplied cash by analyzing remittance detail, bank activity, and transactional payment data to ensure accurate application of receipts across multiple accounts and studies
• Investigating payment discrepancies, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with internal teams and external sponsors to validate remittance information, resolve issues, and document outcomes
• Maintaining high-volume cash application and reconciliation activities with strong attention to detail, leveraging Excel and multiple AR-related systems to ensure data accuracy, audit trail integrity, and timely resolution of outstanding items.
• Ad hoc work as needed

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience reconciling unapplied cash
• Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excel skills to include: basic formulas and reconciling large data sets
