About the Opportunity – AR Specialist
This opportunity is ideal for an Accounts Receivable professional who enjoys owning the full AR cycle and working cross‑functionally with sales and operations. The role focuses on timely collections, accurate posting, and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting overall cash‑flow objectives.

Key Responsibilities – AR Specialist

• 
  
• Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing, cash application, and reconciliations
• 
  
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on past‑due balances
• 
  
• Communicate with customers regarding payment status, discrepancies, and account questions
• 
  
• Resolve billing issues and short payments in collaboration with internal teams
• 
  
• Maintain accurate AR records and documentation within the accounting system
• 
  
• Assist with month‑end close and AR reporting as needed
• 
  

Qualifications – AR Specialist

• 
  
• 2+ years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience
• 
  
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, and cash application processes
• 
  
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• 
  
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow‑up skills
• 
  
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers
• 
  
• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
