Arabic Speaking Dental Assistant

We are looking for a dependable and motivated Arabic-speaking Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, professional, and comfortable helping wherever needed to keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures
• Prepare and break down treatment rooms
• Sterilize instruments and follow proper infection-control procedures
• Take dental X-rays when qualified and permitted
• Prepare instruments, materials, and supplies for treatment
• Update patient medical histories and information
• Keep treatment rooms clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide patients with basic pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
• Communicate clearly with both English- and Arabic-speaking patients
• Help answer patient phone calls and schedule appointments when needed
• Assist with verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Help update patient and insurance information in the office system
• Assist with other office duties as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent or highly proficient in Arabic and English
• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Dental office experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient-service skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning dental software
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and professional
• Able to multitask and work well in a busy dental office
• Willing to learn and assist the team where needed
