Arcade Attendant

The Ontario Center is looking to hire 2-4 high-energy, people-focused Arcade Attendants to help deliver a great experience for every guest. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, interacting with people, and bringing smiles to faces of all ages – this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome guests and assist them with games and prize redemption
• Reload game cards and explain gameplay
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of arcade area
• Stock and manage prize counter and inventory
• Troubleshoot basic game issues or escalate repairs as needed
• Maintain a safe and fun environment for everyone

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing attitude
• Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Basic math or tech skills
• Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
• Weekend and evening availability
• Great opportunity for high school and college students (ages 16+ with a valid driver’s license)

Hours:

Ideal candidates will work between 20-40 hours/week, especially during peak times.

Arcade Hours of Operation:

• Monday – Thursday: 11 AM – 8 PM
• Friday – Saturday: 11 AM – 11 PM
• Sunday: 11 AM – 6 PM
