Responsibilities: Technician: - Able to diagnose and troubleshoot minor mechanical errors. - Able to use hand and power tools in a safe manner to repair electronic and mechanical entertainment units. - Able to use good judgement when deciding best course of action for repairs and parts ordering.
Cashier: - Great with kids & problem solving. - Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving any concerns or issues. - Maintain a clean and organized cashier station. -Keeping arcade games clean.
Qualifications: - Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive attitude. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization. - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
