Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Archer Developer position! This is a 6 month contract with expected extension to 18 months and will be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Archer applications and solutions, serving as a principal application designer for complex projects and enhancements
Direct and mentor less experienced developers, coordinating development tasks and monitoring project performance across small to large-scale initiatives
Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Technology teams to drive systems development from technical analysis through user acceptance testing and deployment
Prepare and manage technical components of project plans, including detailed specifications, test plans, and effort assessments for projects of varying scope
Leverage Azure Functions to build and optimize Archer SaaS implementations, ensuring efficient integration with existing platforms and applications
Evaluate and recommend new technologies, policies, and vendor solutions to enhance application performance and support strategic business objectives
Maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including system architecture diagrams, specifications, and development standards
Provide analytical consulting and leadership to business units, identifying innovative uses of information technology to meet organizational goals
What You'll Need to Have
5+ years of hands-on Archer Developer experience with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing complex solutions
5+ years of Archer SaaS experience with a strong understanding of the platform's architecture and capabilities
Experience with Azure Functions and cloud-based development approaches
Proven ability to lead and coordinate development teams on complex projects, managing multiple priorities and driving delivery against milestones
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex system interrelationships and technical dependencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
Associate's degree with 5+ years of systems analysis/application development experience, or 7+ years combined higher education and/or work experience
