We’re partnering with a well-established architecture and consulting firm based in South Louisiana that's seeking a Project Architect to join their growing team. The firm is known for delivering high-quality, client-centered solutions across a diverse range of projects and this role is ideal for someone who brings a strong balance of design creativity and technical expertise, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and contribute throughout all phases of development—from early programming and schematic design through construction administration.
What you’ll do:
- Lead projects from concept through construction
- Develop drawings, specs, and construction documents
- Coordinate with consultants (MEP, structural, civil)
- Support permitting, code review, and zoning
- Participate in site visits, RFIs, and client coordination
What they’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Licensed Architect (Louisiana)
- 4–10 years of experience
- Strong design + technical skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape (Revit is a plus)
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
