Job Summary

This job is responsible for advocating company technology standards and exploring new technology practices for potential use. It involves guiding strategic solutions that consider the full scope of business challenges. The role involves mentoring and code reviews to uphold design best practices.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the strategic development and execution of enterprise-wide software programs, ensuring they align with overarching business objectives
  • Fostering collaboration with the enterprise architecture team to design and implement the most effective solutions for advanced business needs
  • Guaranteeing the delivery of well-engineered, operable, and maintainable solutions in accordance with projected timelines
  • Establishing and advocating for best practices in coding standards, object-oriented design, and platform-specific architectural concerns
  • Overseeing the documentation and tracking of requirements for significant enterprise development projects and strategic enhancements
  • Scanning and integrating current and future technological trends to advance organizational projects and system architectures
  • Mentoring team members in cutting-edge technologies and implementation architecture, enhancing team expertise and project outcomes
  • Driving the system implementation strategy, participating in key forums and meetings to align technological solutions with business processes
  • Leading architectural efforts on projects, ensuring a consistent and comprehensive design approach from inception to minimize re-work
  • Championing innovation, fostering an environment conducive to creative problem-solving, and contributing to intellectual property through patents
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $160,530.39 - $240,795.59

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
