Architect (ATC)

Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience in designing and building enterprise-grade Java applications. The role focuses on leading the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions while providing technical leadership across the software development lifecycle. The successful candidate will drive solution design, mentor engineering teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of reliable, event-driven business applications that align with organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications

Architect and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed applications

Design and implement enterprise business workflows to support critical business processes

Develop and optimize event-driven messaging solutions for real-time data processing and system integration

Define technical architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices to ensure maintainable and high-quality software

Lead code reviews, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive application performance optimization

Mentor development teams, provide technical guidance, and promote engineering excellence

Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions

Participate in Agile ceremonies, release planning, and continuous delivery initiatives

Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and compliance with enterprise standards

Maintain technical documentation for architecture, design, development, deployment, and operational support
