Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Informatica ETL Developer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise data integration solutions. The role focuses on delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance data integration solutions that support enterprise data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data movement, data quality, and system reliability while contributing to the continuous improvement of enterprise data platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise data integration workflows

Develop and optimize database objects, queries, and data processing logic to support business requirements

Build and optimize ETL processes for large-scale data migration, transformation, and integration initiatives

Improve application and database performance to ensure efficient processing of high-volume data

Analyze source systems and implement data mapping, cleansing, validation, and transformation logic

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities for data integration solutions

Troubleshoot ETL failures, data quality issues, and performance bottlenecks

Collaborate with Business Analysts, Data Architects, Database Administrators, and application teams to deliver reliable data solutions

Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, governance, and development best practices

Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and implement continuous performance improvements

Maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, deployment procedures, and operational support
