Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer) with 10+ years of software development experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The role focuses on driving the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing business solutions while providing technical leadership across the software development lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, mentor engineering teams, and ensure the delivery of reliable, cloud-ready applications that align with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications

Architect scalable, secure, and cloud-ready distributed applications following industry best practices

Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and distributed services while ensuring high performance, resilience, and maintainability

Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces

Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Solution Architects to deliver high-quality solutions

Drive the adoption of CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, and Agile development methodologies

Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software engineering best practices

Participate in architecture discussions, technical planning, and estimation activities

Maintain technical documentation for application design, development, deployment, and operational support
