Title: Landscape Architect
Engagement type: 6 month contract with opp to extend or perm

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field from an accredited program
- 3-5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, urban design, or site planning
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Landscape design for more than 100+ acres.
- Familiarity with ArcGIS, Rhino, Lumion, or similar 3D rendering/modeling tools
- Strong graphic representation, technical drafting, and data visualization skills
- Understanding of construction documentation and ability to translate design intent into buildable plans
- Knowledge of hardscape materials, planting design, stormwater management, and sustainable infrastructure principles
- Familiarity with landscape-related codes, standards, and permitting processes
- Understanding of ecological design practices, low-impact development (LID), and nature-based solutions
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams within fast-paced project environments
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn, contribute ideas, and improve processes
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and openness to feedback
