THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARD

The Architect shall provide facility engineering and operations support for the Uniforme

Services University Health Sciences campus

Responsibilities

• Manage Master Plan development and oversight
• Coordinate Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) with Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC)
• Coordinate space utilization assessments
• Support relocation planning activities
• Facilitate meetings with end users and committees
• Review planning submissions and ensure alignment with mission objectives
• Prepare and present reports related to planning, FCA, and space utilization
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum five (5) years planning experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Architect
• Master Planning experience
• Successfully pass background and drug screening

• Possess strong planning expertise
• Possess strong coordination skills
• Possess strong communication skills

The employee will need to be able to perform facility inspections.
