Job Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept through completion, ensuring they are aligned with our company standards and strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize impactful planning, zoning, and designing skills to create efficient and sustainable environments.
• Oversee project details, construction documents, and ensure compliance with architectural guidelines and safety standards.
• Provide creative solutions to any architectural challenges and optimize design functionalities.
• Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and interns.

Target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Completion of projects within the designated timeline and budget.
• Achieving client satisfaction rates above 90%.
• Implementation of sustainable designs in at least 80% of projects.
• Reduction of project errors through comprehensive design reviews.
• Effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, enhancing project efficiency by at least 30%.
