Job Description

We are looking for a talented Architect to create high-quality architectural designs for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has a strong ability to visualize spaces in three dimensions and an excellent eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and the design team to conceptualize architectural designs.
• Create detailed plans and models using computer-aided design (CAD) technology.
• Evaluate and ensure project feasibility by assessing budget, space, time, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local zoning laws.
• Oversee construction phases and provide guidance to operational teams.
• Continuously research and implement industry best practices to improve design standards.

OKRs and KPIs

• Completion of projects within budget - Target: 95% of projects.
• Client satisfaction rate - Target: Achieve a satisfaction score of 90% or higher.
• Reduction in design errors during the construction phase - Target: Minimum 10% reduction.
• Innovations applied to design projects - Target: Implementations in at least 50% of projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience as an Architect with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other related design tools.
• Strong understanding of building regulations and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
