As a Design Architect in our Hybrid working environment, you'll join our team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery. You'll design various types of buildings using mainly Revit and will plan and program layouts of projects, coordinating and integrating all other discipline elements into unified design for client review and approval.\u202f

This role researches programs, plans, designs, and administers building projects for clients, applying knowledge of architectural design, construction detailing, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials for clients.

You'll also conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with detailed design documents - Prepare quantitative data (e.g. material take-offs) to support construction cost estimates - Monitor architectural project scope development and changes, tracking adjustments to the projected project construction cost.

Here's what you'll need

  • At least 10 years' related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • Registered Architect is required (RA)
  • Demonstrated program experience of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, basic rendering and publishing programs, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Expert level of experience using Bluebeam
  • Familiarity with building code requirements
  • Strong organizational, communications (both verbal and written) skills, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with internal architectural and engineering team members
  • Ability to travel

The base salary range for this position is $102,900.00 to $141,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
