Description:
Our client is seeking an Architect with strong ArchiCAD skills to support the design and documentation of a 50,000-square-foot commercial building featuring manufacturing and office space.
Responsibilities will include developing architectural details, plans, schedules, and 3D models, as well as assisting with code compliance and project filings. The ideal candidate has experience with commercial buildings, a solid understanding of building codes and the ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment.
This is an ongoing opportunity for a self-motivated professional who can contribute to the project from a technical and documentation standpoint.
Required:- Proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Experience with commercial building projects
- Knowledge of building codes and code compliance
- Strong construction documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Education:
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) or related design degree
Salary / Hourly:
$40–50/hr
Schedule / Type:
Full-time hours | Ongoing work | Remote | 1099 Independent Contractor
