We are hiring a Discovery/SACM Architect to lead solution design and provide technical recommendations for enterprise ServiceNow implementations in the SACM and Discovery space. This role demands deep expertise in ServiceNow Discovery—especially cloud discovery—and a strong understanding of CSDM/CMDB frameworks.

The ideal candidate will drive pattern development, troubleshoot discovery issues, and ensure accurate asset and configuration data across hybrid environments. You’ll collaborate with cross -functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions and support incident resolution and platform optimization.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/h3>

• Design and implement SACM and Discovery solutions aligned with business requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Provide technical recommendations for ServiceNow architecture and integrations<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Lead ServiceNow Discovery Pattern Development and customization<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Research and resolve issues with discovery patterns and incidents<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintain CMDB health and enforce CSDM standards across modules<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support cloud discovery across GCP, Azure, and hybrid environments<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure complete asset visibility<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support materials<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Apply OS -level expertise (Windows/Linux) to enhance discovery accuracy<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Use Regular Expressions to refine pattern logic and data parsing<\/span><\/span><\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
  

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow Discovery and SACM implementations<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Strong understanding of CSDM and CMDB architecture<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Hands -on experience with cloud discovery (GCP, Azure, AWS preferred)<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Discovery Pattern Development<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Solid background in Windows and Linux operating systems<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Experience troubleshooting discovery issues and working incident queues<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Familiarity with Regular Expressions and data normalization techniques<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Active ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Excellent problem -solving and communication skills<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate with enterprise stakeholders<\/span>
